Committee Recommendations
The Programming Risk Committee recommends that the Board of Directors of TO Live:
1. Approve the programming risk budget for the 2020 programming year, as outlined in Confidential Attachments 1, 2, 3 and 4 to the report (May 27, 2019) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live.
2. Direct that Confidential Attachments 1, 2, 3 and 4 to the report (May 27, 2019) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live remain confidential in their entirety because if disclosed, could reasonably be expected to prejudice significantly the competitive position or interfere significantly with the contractual or other negotiations of a person, group of persons, or organization.

The Programming Risk Committee recessed its public meeting to meet in closed session to consider the item as it pertains to financial information supplied in confidence to the Board of Directors of TO Live, which, if disclosed, could reasonably be expected to prejudice significantly the competitive position or interfere significantly with the contractual or other negotiations of a person, group of persons, or organization.

Summary
At its meeting on June 13, 2019, the Board of Directors of TO Live referred the item to the Risk Committee for consideration at their next meeting.
The purpose of this report is to seek Board approval to proceed with the Programing Risk
Budget for the 2020 programming year.

That the Committee recess its meeting for 10 minutes.
