Board Decision
The Toronto Preservation Board recommends that:
1. City Council adopt the confidential recommendations contained in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (January 17, 2019) from the City Solicitor.
2. City Council authorize the public release of the instructions in Confidential Attachment 1 and Confidential Appendices A through C, if adopted by City Council, with the balance of the Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (January 17, 2019) from the City Solicitor to remain confidential as it contains advice which is subject to solicitor-client privilege.

Summary
The purpose of this report is to seek further instruction in relation to an objection by the Estate of Vivien R. White to City Council's October 2, 2017 decision to state its intention to designate the property at 33 Murray Avenue under Part IV, Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act, which is currently before the Conservation Review Board (CRB).
