The Board of Directors of Toronto Parking Authority:
1. Referred the item to the President, Toronto Parking Authority, with a request to consult with the local Councillor, the Chief Executive Officer, CreateTO, and the Deputy City Manager, Corporate Services, on including the lands of Municipal Car Park 673, located at 2204-2212 Eglinton Avenue West, in the ongoing review of City-owned assets for the Housing Now Initiative and to report to the Board with an update.

Summary
Design drawings and a tender package for the project were prepared by Marton & Smith Landscape Architects (MSLA) to include all technical requirements, material, and labour for the construction of Municipal Car Park 673.
MSLA tendered the work to eight pre-qualified general contractors on May 3, 2019. The tender call closed on May 22, 2019 and seven bids were received and considered as listed below in the ascending order without the HST.
