Board Decision
The Board of Directors of Toronto Parking Authority:
1. Requested the Chair, Toronto Parking Authority, to work with the Director, Strategic Recruitment, Compensation and Employment Services, City of Toronto, and the Vice President, Human Resources and Transformation, Toronto Parking Authority, to initiate a recruitment process for the position of President, Toronto Parking Authority.
2. Requested the President, Toronto Parking Authority, to acknowledge and thank the three City of Toronto staff members who served on the interim Board of Directors of Toronto Parking Authority and to recognize their service with a plaque or certificate as a memento of their contributions to Toronto Parking Authority.
