Summary

Design drawings and a tender package for the project were prepared by Marton & Smith Landscape Architects (MSLA) to include all technical requirements, material, and labour for the construction of Municipal Car Park 673. 

 

MSLA tendered the work to eight pre-qualified general contractors on May 3, 2019. The tender call closed on May 22, 2019 and seven bids were received and considered as listed below in the ascending order without the HST.
