Summary

A tender package, including all technical requirements, material, and labour for the electrical switchboard upgrades, was prepared by AECOM, as previously approved by Purchase Order Numbers 37520 and 38014.

AECOM tendered the work on behalf of the TPA to six pre-qualified general contractors in March 2019. The call closed on April 26, 2019 and two bids were received and considered as listed below in the ascending order (amounts shown not including HST).
