1. Adopted the confidential instructions to staff in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (November 8, 2019) from the Acting President, Toronto Parking Authority.
2. Authorized the public release of the confidential instructions to staff in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (November 8, 2019) from the Acting President, Toronto Parking Authority, at the discretion of the President, Toronto Parking Authority, in consultation with the City Solicitor.
3. Directed that the balance of Confidential Attachment 1 and Confidential Attachment 2 to the report (November 8, 2019) from the Acting President, Toronto Parking Authority, remain confidential in their entirely, as they pertain to potential litigation that affects the Toronto Parking Authority.
