The Board of Directors of the Toronto Parking Authority:

1.  Approved 2019 Toronto Parking Authority parking passes for the following two groups listed in Attachment 1 to the report (December 3, 2018) from the Acting President, Toronto Parking Authority:

a.  Toronto Parking Authority management, supervisory, and operations staff (46 pass cards); and

b.  Other (211 pass cards).

2.  Directed the Acting President, Toronto Parking Authority, to review the Toronto Parking Authority Policy Resolution 3-4, "Issuing of Life Time and Annual Toronto Parking Authority Parking Passes," and the issuance of 2019 Toronto Parking Authority parking passes for the remaining groups listed in Attachment 1 to the report (December 3, 2018) from the Acting President, Toronto Parking Authority, and to report back to the Board of Directors of the Toronto Parking Authority at its meeting in January 2019.

Each year, pursuant to Toronto Parking Authority ("TPA") Policy Resolution 3-4, "Issuing of Lifetime and Annual Toronto Parking Authority Parking Passes," the Toronto Parking Authority Board is requested to review and approve the list of Annual Parking Pass holders. The annual passes are made available to Toronto Parking Authority Board members, various management and staff who, because of their duties, require frequent access to Toronto Parking Authority facilities, including Toronto Parking Authority service providers, City Councillors and certain City/Agency staff. In addition, the Policy sets out eligibility parameters (long service) for Toronto Parking Authority retirees qualifying for a lifetime parking pass.
