City Council Decision
City Council on October 29 and 30, 2019, adopted the following:
1. City Council approve the application to demolish the existing commercial building at 2296 Eglinton Avenue West, pursuant to By-law 3102-95 of the former City of York without the owner entering into a beautification agreement with the City and without any conditions.
2. City Council authorize and direct the appropriate City officials to take the necessary action to give effect to City Council's decision.

Recommendations to be deleted:
1. City Council approve the application to demolish the existing commercial building at 2296 Eglinton Avenue West, pursuant to By-law 3102-95 of the former City of York, subject to the owner entering into a beautification agreement with the City containing a beautification plan to the satisfaction of the City Solicitor and the agreement be registered on title to the lands.
2. City Council authorize the City Planning Division Staff to prepare the agreement in consultation with the Ward Councillor and the owner.
and, instead, adopt the following:
