North York Community Council:
1. Prohibited parking at all times, on the west side of Liszt Gate between Finch Avenue East and a point 40 metres north.

Summary
This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority to make a final decision, provided that it is not amended so that it varies with City Policy or by-laws.
Transportation Services is requesting approval to prohibit parking at all times on the west side of Liszt Gate, near the driveway access of the townhouse complex at No. 6 Liszt Gate. This is in response to complaints about large vehicles parking near the driveway, causing sightline issues for motorists entering and exiting the complex.
