City Council Decision
City Council on February 26, 2019, adopted the following:
1. City Council advise the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario that it has no objection, for liquor licensing purposes, to the following request noting that applicants are required to comply with other applicable by-laws and to obtain the necessary permits for any patio areas extending into the City's right of way:
a. Liquor Licence extension, from Hamaz Tashjian, Manager, Armenian Community Centre, for the Armenian Community Centre Summerfest 2019, to be held on Friday, July 12, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.; Saturday, July 13, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.; and Sunday, July 14, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. at the Armenian Community Centre, 50 Hallcrown Place.

North York Community Council recommends that:
1.
