North York Community Council:

 

1. Rescinded the existing accessible parking space on the west side of Elm Road, between a point 21 metres south of Douglas Avenue and a point 5.5 metres further south.

Summary

This staff report is about a matter for which Community Council has delegated authority to make a final decision, provided that it is not amended so that it varies with City policy or by-laws.

 

Transportation Services is requesting approval to remove an on-street accessible parking space on the west side of Elm Road, south of Douglas Avenue. The existing accessible parking is no longer required by the original applicant.
