North York Community Council:
1. Prohibited parking from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., daily, on the south side of McAllister Road, between Bathurst Street and Hammell Street.

Summary
This staff report is about a matter for which Community Council has delegated authority to make a final decision, provided that it is not amended so that it varies with City policy or by-laws.
Transportation Services is requesting North York Community Council to amend the existing parking regulations on the south side of McAllister Road, between Bathurst Street and Hammell Street.
The proposed parking amendments will address the security concerns raised by the administration of Magen David Sephardic Congregation and will result in the loss of approximately ten on-street parking spaces on the subject section of McAllister Road, between the hours of 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., daily.
