North York Community Council:

1. Refused the application for an exemption submitted by the owners of 639 Conacher Drive to erect a proposed 2.7 metre high chain link barbed material fence in the front and side yard which does not comply with the provisions of City of Toronto Municipal Code, Chapter 447, Fences.

2. Directed that a second unappealable Notice of Violation be issued under City of Toronto Municipal Code, Chapter 447, Fences.

Summary

This staff report is in regards to a matter for which the North York Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision.

The purpose of this report is to consider an application submitted by the owners of 639 Conacher Drive to erect a proposed 2.7 metre high chain link barbed material fence in the front and side yards which do not meet the requirements specified in City of Toronto Municipal Code, Chapter 447, Fences.

The subject property 639 Conacher Drive is located in Ward 18, in a residential zone.
