Point of Order by Councillor Gord Perks

Councillor Perks, rising on a Point of Order, stated that when the Motion without Notice was introduced, the reason given for the urgency was existing jobs at stake. Councillor Perks further stated that he read through the Motion without Notice and did not find any reference at all to existing jobs, and therefore no reason why it was urgent.
