1. City Council increase the Approved 2019 Operating Budget for the Association of Community Centres for the Waterfront Neighbourhood Centre by $400,000.00 gross, $0 net, fully funded by Section 37 community benefits related to the development at 495-517 Wellington Street West (Source Account: XR3026-3701005) to provide one-time funding for capital improvements at the Waterfront Neighbourhood Centre.
