City Council on June 18 and 19, 2019, adopted the following:
1. City Council approve the reallocation of 2019 cash flows and project costs within TO Live's 2019 Council Approved Capital Budget in the amount of $1,133,000 from the "Sony Door Replacement" project (CHU008-05) to "Replace Roofs: Mezzanine/Stage Tower" project (CHU008-03), with zero gross and debt impact.

Reallocation of 2019 Cash Flows and Project Costs – TO Live
Reason for Urgency:
This Motion is urgent as TO Live is requesting the urgent reallocation and approval of funds for the Sony Center Roofs Replacement Project to ensure the project can be completed at a time when there is limited programming activity at the Sony Centre. A delay in approval would require the contactor’s work to disrupt TO Live’s programming and cause possible cancellations and lost revenue.
