City Council Decision
City Council on June 18 and 19, 2019, adopted the following:
1. City Council authorize the City Solicitor's appeal of May 29, 2019 and direct the City Solicitor and appropriate City Staff to attend at the Toronto Local Appeal Body hearing to oppose the consent and variances requested in Applications B0063/17EYK, A0585/17EYK, and A0586/17EYK respecting 90 Ash Crescent.
2. City Council authorize the City Solicitor to negotiate a settlement of the appeal of the decision in Applications B0063/17EYK, A0585/17EYK, and A0586/17EYK respecting 90 Ash Crescent and authorize the City Solicitor to settle the matter on behalf of the City at the City Solicitor's discretion after consultation with the Ward Councillor and with the Director of Community Planning, Etobicoke York District.
