City Council Decision
City Council on June 18 and 19, 2019, adopted the following:
1. City Council enact a By-law to amend By-law 546-2019, a site specific amendment to the former City of North York Zoning By-law 7625, as amended, with respect to the lands known municipally as 30 Tippett Road, as set out in the attachment to Motion MM8.31.
2. City Council determine that the changes contained within the revised by-law are minor, in nature, and reflective of the original proposal and plans considered by City Council, and, pursuant to subsection 34(17) of the Planning Act, no further notice is required in respect of the proposed minor amendment to the Zoning By-law.
3. City Council authorize the City Solicitor to make such stylistic and technical changes to the draft amending By-law as may be required.

Speaker Nunziata advised Council that the provisions of Chapter 27, Council Procedures, require that Motion MM8.31 be referred to the North York Community Council. A two-thirds vote of the Council Members present is required to waive referral.
