City Council Decision
City Council on June 18 and 19, 2019, adopted the following:
1. City Council request the Chief Planner and Executive Director, City Planning to report directly to the July 16 and 17, 2019 meeting of City Council on:
a. the effect of the Province's decisions on Official Plan Amendments 405 (Yonge-Eglinton) and 406 (Downtown), including a summary of the modifications to the respective Official Plan Amendments; and
b. the potential impact of the Province's decisions including an assessment of the potential impacts associated with Bill 108 on the Secondary Plans.

Speaker Nunziata advised Council that the provisions of Chapter 27, Council Procedures, require that Motion MM8.16 be referred to the Planning and Housing Committee. A two-thirds vote of the Council Members present is required to waive referral.
