City Council Decision
City Council on May 14 and 15, 2019, adopted the following:
1. City Council authorize the City to enter into a Lease Amending and Extending Agreement with the Tenant, operating as Cherry Blossom Dentistry, requiring the Tenant to vacate the property at 2299 Dundas Street West by August 9, 2019 in exchange for a compensation payment from the City of $400,000, and on such other terms and conditions deemed appropriate by the Director, Real Estate Services and in a form acceptable to the City Solicitor.
