City Council Decision
City Council on April 16 and 17, 2019, adopted the following:
1. City Council authorize the Mayor or his designate to sign a memorandum of understanding on behalf of the City of Toronto with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Portugal for the purpose of promoting exchanges and cooperation in the areas of arts and culture, community economic development and education.
