City Council Decision
City Council on April 16 and 17, 2019, adopted the following:
1. City Council, pursuant to Subsection 45(1.4) of the Planning Act, permit an application for minor variances with respect to the property municipally known as 14 Dewhurst Boulevard for relief from the requirements of Former City of Toronto Zoning By-law 438-86, as amended by By-law 1085-2018, and from the requirements of City of Toronto Zoning By-law 569-2013, as amended by By-law 1086-2018, to amend the associated development standards as they relate to the number of required resident and visitor parking spaces.

Speaker Frances Nunziata advised Council that the provisions of Chapter 27, Council Procedures, require that Motion MM6.2 be referred to the Toronto and East York Community Council. A two-thirds vote of the Council Members present is required to waive referral.
