City Council Decision

City Council on April 16 and 17, 2019, adopted the following:

 

1.  City Council endorse the idea that Crosslinx and Metrolinx should pay for the damage they have caused as a result of the Eglinton Crosstown LRT construction.

 
2.  City Council request the City Manager to write to Crosslinx and Metrolinx and clearly make them aware of City Council's expectation.

 
3.  City Council request the City Manager to report back to the Infrastructure and Environment Committee by the third quarter of 2019 on the Crosslinx and Metrolinx response, and on the costs associated with repairing the damage to the roads by Crosslinx/Metrolinx.
