City Council Decision
City Council on February 26, 2019, adopted the following:
1. City Council appoint Stephen Diamond as Director and Chair of Waterfront Toronto for a three-year term commencing on the date all three governments complete their respective appointment processes.
2. City Council extend the appointments of Susie Henderson, Mohamed Dhanani and Stephen Diamond until their successors are appointed, or in the case of Stephen Diamond, until his joint appointment as Chair becomes effective.

This Motion is urgent as the three governments need to complete their joint appointment of Stephen Diamond before his successor is appointed to his City seat.
