City Council Decision

City Council on January 30 and 31, 2019, adopted the following:

 

1.  City Council amend By-law 1086-2018 to correct minor technical errors in reference to the R Zone and the Canadian Geodetic Datum for the proposed building in accordance with Attachment 1 to Motion MM2.5.

 

2.  City Council direct the City Solicitor to bring forward a Bill to the January 30, 2019 meeting of City Council to make the changes noted in Part 1 above to By-law 1086-2018, as shown in Attachment 1 to Motion MM2.5.

 

3.  City Council determine through the adoption of this Item that, pursuant to Section 34(17) of the Planning Act, no further notice is to be given in respect of the minor technical change to By-law 1086-2018.
