City Council Decision
City Council on January 30 and 31, 2019, adopted the following:
1. City Council authorize the change in the total number of vehicular parking spaces to be provided from 19 to 18 in the draft Zoning By-law Amendments for the lands at 125, 129 and 131 O'Connor Drive and 1119 and 1121 Pape Avenue, attached as Attachments 8 and 9 to the report (August 28, 2015) from the Director, Community Planning, Toronto and East York District [Item 2015.TE11.3].
2. City Council determine that no further notice is to be given in respect of the proposed by-law under section 34(17) of the Planning Act.
