City Council Decision

City Council on January 30 and 31, 2019, adopted the following:

 

1. City Council direct the City Manager to report to the General Government and Licensing Committee on the feasibility of providing a New Year's Eve grace period for "Park in Permit Parking Location Without a Valid Permit" violations between 10:00 p.m. on December 31st and 10:00 a.m. on January 1st.

 

2.  City Council direct the City Solicitor to report to the General Government and Licensing Committee on the mechanism for cancelling any parking tickets for the category "Park in Permit Parking Location Without a Valid Permit" issued between 10:00 p.m. on December 31st and 10:00 a.m. on January 1st.
