City Council Decision
City Council on December 17 and 18, 2019, adopted the following:
1. City Council authorize and direct the City Solicitor to attend the Toronto Local Appeal Body in order to oppose the appeal of the Committee of Adjustment's decision to refuse the minor variances requested in Application A0462/19NY regarding 82 Hanna Road.
2. City Council authorize the City Solicitor to retain such outside consultant as may be necessary to oppose the appeal.
