City Council Decision
City Council on October 2 and 3, 2019, adopted the following:
1. City Council increase, on a one-time basis, the 2019 Approved Operating Budget for Non-Program, by $35,000.00 gross, $0 net, fully funded by Section 37 (Planning Act Reserve Funds) community benefits from 40, 46, 48, 50, 52 and 60 McCaul Street and 10 Stephanie Street (Source Account: XR3026-3700887) for implementation of the Grange Green Plan (Cost Centre: NP2161).
2. City Council direct that the $35,000.00 be forwarded to the Sir William Campbell Foundation upon the signing of an Undertaking by the Foundation governing the use of the funds and the financial reporting requirements.
