City Council Decision
City Council on October 2 and 3, 2019, adopted the following:
1. City Council appoint Sandra Burrows and Kamal Gogna as Deputy Chief Building Officials for the City of Toronto, with all the powers and duties of the Chief Building Official within the districts of the City of Toronto assigned by the Chief Building Official.
2. City Council rescind the appointment of Timothy Charles Crawford as Deputy Chief Building Official for the City of Toronto effective immediately.
3. City Council authorize and direct the appropriate City officials to take the necessary action to give effect to this Motion including the introduction in Council of any necessary bills.
