City Council Decision
City Council on December 4, 5 and 13, 2018, adopted the following:
1. City Council amend By-law 323-2017 by replacing Schedule 1 attached to the by-law with the revised schedule as shown in Attachment 1 to Motion MM1.9.
2. City Council direct the City Solicitor to bring forward a bill to the December 13, 2018 meeting of City Council to make the changes noted in Part 1 above to By-law 323-2017, as shown in Attachment 2 to Motion MM1.9.
3. City Council determine through the adoption of this Item that, pursuant to Section 34(17) of the Planning Act, no further notice is to be given in respect of the minor technical change to By-law 323-2017.

Motions (City Council)
Speaker Frances Nunziata advised Council that the provisions of Chapter 27, Council Procedures, require that Motion MM1.9 be referred to the North York Community Council. A two-thirds vote of the Council Members present is required to waive referral.
