1. In accordance with Section 71-11.1.C of the City of Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 71 (Financial Control By-Law), granted authority to amend Purchase Order Number 6025318 with AECOM Canada Ltd., for the provision of professional services for contract administration and site inspection services during construction of Headworks and Odour Control Upgrades at the Highland Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant by an additional amount of $489,000 net of all taxes and charges ($497,607 net of HST recoveries), revising the current contract value from $5,542,878 net of all taxes and charges ($5,640,432 net of HST recoveries) to $6,031,878 net of all taxes and charges ($6,138,039 net of HST recoveries).
