Directed that Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 to the letter (April 8, 2019) from the Board of Health - Performance Appraisal of the Medical Officer of Health Committee and Confidential Attachment 3 from the Medical Officer of Health remain confidential, as they contain personal information about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees.
