Summary

The City Manager's Office will introduce two presentations from City Divisions and their role in the City's governance and decision-making processes and structures:

a. The Manager, Business Improvement Areas Office, Economic Development and Culture will provide on an overview of the City's Business Improvement Areas (BIA) program;

b. The Director, Community Resources, Social Development, Finance and Administration will provide an overview of City of Toronto programs which support communities and community-based organizations.
