Summary

The purpose of this report is to advise the General Government and Licensing Committee of the following:

- Contracts valued over $20 million awarded by the Bid Award Panel during the 2018 Election Period, in accordance with Section 195-8.3A(2) of the City of Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 195 (Purchasing); and

- Contract amendments above $500,000 up to $1 million and non-competitive contracts up to $1 million approved by the City Manager, in accordance with the delegation of authority from City Council report EX36.4 adopted on July 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, and 30, 2018.
