1. Elected Councillor Frances Nunziata as Speaker for a term of office ending on November 14, 2022.
2. Elected Councillor Shelley Carroll as Deputy Speaker for a term of office ending on November 14, 2022.

Mayor John Tory called upon Councillor Frances Nunziata, following her election as Speaker, to address Council. Speaker Nunziata thanked Members of Council for their support in electing her as Speaker.
