Summary
This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision.
The purpose of this report is to prohibit parking at all times on the west side of Elmcrest Road, between Laver Road and a point 31 metres south. The proposed prohibition is a result of a petition signed by residents in the area of the intersection of Elmcrest Road and Laver Road to address concerns regarding excessive and long term parking on the west side of Elmcrest Road, south of Laver Road.
