Community Council Decision
Etobicoke York Community Council:
1. Rescinded the "No Parking, 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m., from December 1 of one year to March 31 of the following year" on Isaac Devins Boulevard from Isaac Devins Boulevard (east leg) to Bob Yuill Drive.
2. Authorized a 12 hour permitted parking from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., on the south side of Isaac Devins Boulevard (south leg) from Isaac Devins Boulevard (east leg) to Bob Yuill Drive.
3. Prohibited parking at all times on the north side of Isaac Devins Boulevard (south leg) from Isaac Devins Boulevard (east leg) to Bob Yuill Drive.

Summary
This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision.
The purpose of this report is to obtain approval to allow long-term overnight parking and short-term (3 hour) daytime parking on the south side of Isaac Devins Boulevard (south leg). In addition, a "No Parking Anytime" regulation will be implemented on the north side of Isaac Devins Boulevard (south leg).
