Community Council Decision
Etobicoke York Community Council:
1. Directed staff to schedule a community consultation meeting for the application located at 300-304 The East Mall together with the Ward Councillor.
2. Directed that Notice for the community consultation meeting be given to landowners and residents within 250 metres of the application site, and to additional residents, institutions and owners to be determined in consultation with the Ward Councillor, with the additional mailing costs to be borne by the applicant.
3. Requested the Director, Community Planning, Etobicoke York District, to include Toronto Public Health in the circulation for comments with emphasis on aircraft, highway, and transportation related noise, and air quality.

This report provides information and identifies a preliminary set of issues regarding the application located at 300-304 The East Mall. Staff are currently reviewing the application. It has been circulated to all appropriate agencies and City divisions for comment. Staff will proceed to schedule a community consultation meeting for the application with the Ward Councillor.

Motions
That Etobicoke York Community Council adopt the recommendations contained in the report (January 28, 2019) from the Director, Community Planning, Etobicoke York District, with the following amendments:
1. Amending Recommendation 2 to now read as follows:
2. Notice for the community consultation meeting be given to landowners and residents within 250 metres of the application site, and to additional residents, institutions and owners to be determined in consultation with the Ward Councillor, with the additional mailing costs to be borne by the applicant.
2. Adding the following new Recommendation 3:
