1. Reduced the speed limit from 50 km/h to 40 km/h on Fontenay Court, between Allanhurst Drive and Scarlett Road.

Summary
This staff report is about a matter that the Etobicoke York Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision.
This report recommends that a 40 km/h speed limit be implemented on Fontenay Court, as the warrants are satisfied. Currently, the speed limit on the entire length of Fontenay Court is a statutory 50 km/h.
