Summary

This staff report is about a matter which Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision.

 

Transportation Services is requesting approval from Etobicoke York Community Council to convert Rutherford Avenue and Victoria Boulevard from a "Street Specific" to a "Area based" Permit Parking program, within the newly created "15A" permit area.

Transportation Services recommends approval of this proposal as it will allow greater parking flexibility for residents.
