City Council on November 26 and 27, 2019, adopted the following:
1. City Council amend the existing southbound left-turn prohibition in effect from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., Monday to Friday, except public holidays at the intersection of Keele Street and North Park Drive, to be in effect from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
2. City Council amend the existing southbound left-turn prohibition in effect from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., Monday to Friday, except public holidays at the intersection of Keele Street and Quinan Drive/Wyndale Drive, to be in effect from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., Monday to Friday, except public holidays.

Community Council Recommendations
Etobicoke York Community Council recommends that:
1. City Council amend the existing southbound left-turn prohibition in effect from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., Monday to Friday, except public holidays at the intersection of Keele Street and North Park Drive, to be in effect from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., Monday to Friday, except public holidays.

Summary
As the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) operates a bus service on Keele Street, City Council approval of this report is required.
The purpose of this report is to amend the hours of the existing southbound left-turn prohibitions on Keele Street at North Park Drive and at Quinan Drive in effect from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., Monday to Friday, except public holidays, to be in effect from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Monday to Friday, except public holidays. The proposed amendment is the result of a community consultation along with the local Ward Councillor.
