1.  Rescinded the existing parking prohibition in effect at all times on both sides of Queen Elizabeth Boulevard, between a point 180 metres east of Taymall Avenue and a point 60 metres further east.

Summary

This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision.

 

The purpose of this report is to rescind a 60-metre portion of the existing parking prohibition in effect at all times on both sides Queen Elizabeth Boulevard, between a point 180 metres east of Taymall Avenue and a point 60 metres further east.  This proposed amendment is a result of a petition signed by area businesses and forwarded by the Ward Councillor to address the needs of the area businesses to accommodate short-term parking on-street.
