City Council Decision

City Council on March 27 and 28, 2019, adopted the following:

 

1.  City Council receive the 2017 Annual Statistical Report of the Toronto Police Service for information.

 

2.  City Council request the Toronto Police Services Board to report back to the Executive Committee on September 18, 2019 on the implementation of its Open Data Plan, including:

 

a. providing its annual reports in the proper digital format;

 

b. converting files currently provided in a .pdf format on the Toronto Police Service Open Data Portal; and

 

c. sharing data sets on the City of Toronto Open Data Portal, including any issues around public privacy.
