Board Decision
The Board of Governors of Exhibition Place:
1. Appointed the person named in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (June 11, 2019) from Councillor Mark Grimes, Chair, Board of Governors of Exhibition Place to the position of Chief Executive Officer, Exhibition Place, with such appointment to take effect on a date that is mutually agreeable to the Chair and the candidate.
2. Authorized the public release of the name of the candidate and the candidate's curriculum vitae summary, identified in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (June 11, 2019) from Councillor Mark Grimes, Chair, Board of Governors of Exhibition Place, once employment terms are agreed and at the discretion of the Chair.
