1. Appointed Mr. Peter Leon, Ms. Paula Oliveria, and Councillor Joe Cressy as the co-hosts of the Community Liaison Consultation Meeting.
2. Appointed Mr. Howard Lichtman and Councillor Jim Karygiannis, as co-hosts of the Tenant Liaison Consultation Meeting.

Two public members of the Board finished their term of office on April 15, 2019 and City Council on April 16 and 17, 2019 approved of two new members, Mr. Peter Leon and Ms. Tess Romain for a term of office ending April 16, 2023.
The Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary sent letters on May 6, 2019 to the two newly appointed public members to seek interest as the co-hosts of the Community Liaison Consultation Meeting as both outgoing members served as co-hosts of the liaison consultation meetings
