Summary

This report provides a summary and analysis of grievance and arbitration activity for the six (6) month period of July 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018. The 2018 grievance activity is also compared to the six (6) month period from July 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017.

In the last six (6) months of 2018, the total number of grievances filed by all bargaining units on Exhibition Place grounds was twenty-three (23). Of the twenty-three (23) grievances filed, two (2) have been referred to arbitration. During the same time period in 2017, the total number of grievances filed by all bargaining units was sixteen (16).
