Ruling by Councillor Mark Grimes
The Chair accepted the Point of Order and asked the Solicitor to respond. The Solicitor, Legal Services, City of Toronto, advised that the recommendation in the staff report regarding the confidential information is legal and falls within one of the categories in the City of Toronto Act regarding closed meetings.
