1. Approved an agreement with A & G The Road Cleaners Ltd. for the non-exclusive provision of flusher truck and sweeper truck rental services with operator for a (1) one-year term with two (2) additional one-year options to renew on the terms and conditions set out in the report (March 27, 2019) from the Chief Executive Officer, Exhibition Place and such other terms and conditions required by the Chief Executive Officer and the City Solicitor.

Summary

This report recommends approving an agreement with A & G The Road Cleaners Ltd. ("A & G") for the non-exclusive provision of flusher truck and sweeper truck rental services with operator for a (1) one-year term with two (2) additional one-year options to renew. This recommendation follows the competitive Request for Quotation process undertaken by Exhibition Place considering one (1) submission that has experience providing these services.
